Forever 21 Sued for $10 Million by Ariana Grande

Grande has filed suit against the retail br company for trademark infringement. The 26-year-old singer br claims her name and likeness br were stolen to promote the br products of two companies: Forever 21 and Riley Rose — a beauty br company started by the daughters of br the founders of Forever 21. Grande claims that at br least 30 images andor videos br were used to make customers br think she endorsed the products. According to Grande, Forever 21 approached br her in February to embark on a joint br marketing campaign, but she turned it down. The singer also states that the company br hired a model who looks like her and used br parts of her single, "7 Rings," to sell merchandise. Forever 21, who is also rumored to be br facing bankruptcy, has yet to comment.
