Go ahead, get your comfort on.br br br You'll Need:br br — 17 oz. cornbread mix & what it requires (Jessica used Jiffy.)br br  br br — 2 cups shredded low moisture mozzarella br br  br br — 15 oz. can of whole kernel corn, drainedbr br  br br — Cubes of low moisture mozzarella br br  br br Instructions:br br 1. Prepare cornbread mix according to instructions.br br  br br 2. Stir shredded cheese and whole kernel corn into cornbread batter.br br  br br 3. Heat oil to 350 degrees.br br  br br 4. Fill a trigger ice cream scoop halfway with mixture. Press in a cube of cheese and top with more mixture.br br  br br 5. Release into oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain.
