Act Now!” br and “Make the World Great Again.” Antonia Brüning, 14-year-old protestor, via 'NYT' Mobilized largely on the internet, br reports of protests spanned the globe br from Europe to Africa to Australia, br Asia, the Middle East and the U.S. Joining the protests were doctors, br technology workers and scientists. Though China's greenhouse br gas emissions top every other country br in the world, the government br did not authorize protests. On Monday, the United Nations br will host speeches by world leaders br concerning climate change. Protests br are planned for that day as well. According to reports, the br goals of the Paris Climate Accord br continue to be far out of reach.
