Add ginger garlic fry well. Add tomatoes cook. Add rice and water, cook. When water dried out remove from dish, garnish with green onion, red chili and fried onion.br br Indonesian Prawn and Vegetable curry:br Ingredients:br Prawns 5- 6 br Potato 1 br Beans ¼ cupbr Cauliflower 14 cup br Carrot 1 br Onion half br Garlic 5-6br Cashew nut 6br Ginger 1 inch piecebr Whole coriander 1 tbspbr Black pepper to tastebr Red chili to taste br Green chilies 4-5br Salt to tastebr Lemon grass 1 stalk br Lime leaves 2-3 br br Coconut milk 2 cups br Oil 4 tbspbr Method:br Add garlic, black pepper, red chilies, whole coriander, salt, lime leave and lemon grass in oil, blend well. Add blended spices in pan cook well. Add vegetables cook for 5 minute more. Add prawns, coconut milk and cashew cook 5 minute more. Remove and serve in a dish.br br Buko Fruit Salad:br Ingredients:br Condensed milk 1 tin br Cream 2 packetsbr Coconut 1 cupbr Fruit cocktail 1 tin br Pineapple 1 tin br Method:br mix condense milk and cream in a bowl. Now mix fruit cocktail, pineapple and coconut, serve chilledbr br Satay Balinese Style:br Ingredients:br Chicken minced 500 gm br Brown sugar 1 tsp br Grated coconut 2 tbsp br Ginger 2 inch piecebr Garlic 4-5 br Red fresh chilies 4-5br Turmeric 12 tsp br Lemon leaves 4-5br Oil ¼ cupbr Method: br Mix ginger, garlic, crushed red chilies, turmeric, coconut and brown sugar in oil to form paste. Add in pan cook well. add in chicken minced mix well. Wrap ready minced on skewers or lemon grass, bake for ½ hour.
