So, here we are bringing you the best and the easiest recipe for this Navratri. 'Upvas Ka Dosa' or 'Sabudana Dosa' is made using sago, samo, green chilli paste and other ingredients.br You can have this delicious 'Upvas Dosa' with some fresh coconut chutney and coriander mint chutney.br br Ingredients:br - 1 cup Samo & 12 cup Sabudana(washed & soaked)br - 8-10 Curry Leaves br - 12 tsp Cumin Seed Powder(roasted)br - 1 tsp Green Chilli Pastebr - Saltbr - Waterbr - 1 tbsp Powdered Sugarbr - Gheebr br Method: br 1. Take washed and soaked samo & sabudana; Drain out the waterbr 2. Add that samo & sabudana into the mixture, followed by some curry leaves, cumin seed powder, green chilli paste, salt and grind it into a thin pastebr 3. Remove this in a bowl; Add water & powdered sugar and mix it wellbr 4. Now, Heat a pan and take it off the gasbr 5. Bring down the temperature of the pan by wiping it with a wet cloth br 6. Now, take 1 big spoon of dosa batter and spread it on the pan br 7. Place the pan back on the flame and let it cook on a high heat br 8. Once the batter dries out, add ghee and spread it evenly br 9.
