Learn how to make Tasty and Delicious Breakfast recipe - 'मसाला इडली - Masala Idli' with our chef Sonali Raut.br br Crispy and Delicious Masala Idli is a breakfast recipe which is made from leftover idlis and can be eaten with Coconut chutney, Peanut chutney or Tomato Chutney.br br Ingredients:br (Serves 4)br - 8 Idlisbr - 3 tbsp Oilbr - 12 tsp Mustard Seedsbr - 8-10 Curry Leavesbr - 12 tsp turmeric Powderbr - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powderbr - 12 tsp Chaat Masalabr - 12 tsp Saltbr br Method:br br 1. Take one freshly made or leftover idli and cut it into 3 piecesbr 2. Do the same with the remaining idli pieces and keep it asidebr 3. Now, heat a pan and add oilbr 4. Once the oil is heated, add mustard seeds and let it splutterbr 5. Now, add curry leaves to the pan, followed by the idli's which were kept asidebr 6. Mix it to make the idlis a little crispybr 7. Now, turn the flame to low and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and salt br 8. Coat these idlis with the masalas which have been addedbr 9.
