Try this amazing recipe and let us know about your views in the comment section below.br br Ingredients for Chilli Paste:br (Serves 2)br - Kashmiri Red Chillies br - Salem Gundu br - Gunturbr - Waterbr br Ingredients for Schezwan Sauce:br - 14 cup Vegetable Oilbr - 15 Cloves Garlic(sliced)br - 1 tsp Ginger(grated)br - 14 cup Celerybr - 14 Spring Onion White(sliced)br - Chilli Pastebr - 12 cup Waterbr - 2 tbsp Soy Saucebr - 1 tbsp Ketchupbr - 14 tsp Black Pepper Powderbr - 1 tbsp Sugarbr - Saltbr - 1 tsp White Vinegarbr br Ingredients for Schezwan Chicken:br - 2 tbsp Oilbr - 200 gms Boneless Chickenbr - 1 tsp Garlic(minced)br - Ginger(minced)br - 2 Spring Onions(sliced)br - 1 Capsicum(sliced)br - 4 tbsp Schezwan Saucebr - 34 cup Chicken Stock br - 1 tbsp Soy Saucebr - 1 tbsp Ketchupbr - 12 tsp Sugarbr - Black Pepper Powderbr - 2 tbsp Corn Flourbr - Saltbr - 12 tsp Vinegarbr br Method:br 1. Take pre-soaked kashmiri red chillies, salem gundu, guntur and put it in a mixing bowl, along with some waterbr 2. Grind it and in a separate pan add vegetable oil, sliced garlic cloves, grated ginger and saute it till the raw sell of ginger and garlic goes away br 3. Now add celery, sliced white spring onion, grinded chilli paste br 4. Cook this mixture for around 2-4 minutes over a medium flame br 5. Now, add water to this mix, followed by soy sauce, ketchup, black pepper powder, sugar, salt br 6. Once the oil starts to separate turn off the flame; stir and add white vinegarbr 7. Keep this schezwan sauce aside, and in a different wok heat oil br 8. Now, add boneless chicken and mix it till the chicken turns slightly goldenbr 9. Once fried, take it out in a plate and in the same oil add minced garlic, minced ginger br 10. Saute it till the raw smell goes awaybr 11. Now, add sliced spring onions, sliced capsicum, fried chicken and stir it br 13. Add 4 tbsp schezwan sauce to the pan and mix it br 14. Now add chicken stock, soy sauce, Ketchup, sugar, black pepper powder to the mix and mix itbr 15. Now in the remaining chicken stock add 2 tbsp cornflour and mix it to form a smooth slurrybr 16. Pour it right into the pan; stir it and turn the flame to highbr 17. Now, add a little salt and give it a stirbr 18.
