McDonald's will no longer just be a place for meatlovers...as it's introducing its very own plant-based burger. br Working in collaboration with plant-based meat producer Beyond Meat, the so-called P.L.T., plant, lettuce and tomato, burger, will be available for around 5 U.S. dollars in 28 McDonald's locations in Canada.br The 12-week test run will begin next Monday. br McDonald's said it's testing the P.L.T because of its customers' growing interest in plant-based alternatives. br With the introduction of the new burger, Beyond Meat's stock rocketed 12 percent on Thursday.
