Heat oil and fry beef then remove. In same oil fry crushed ginger garlic. Then add soy sauce, fish sauce, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar and ½ cup chicken stock and let it cook. Now add 1 tsp corn flour dissolved in water when it gets thick add noodles and mix them. Now add spring onion and fry beef then take out in dish sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.br br Fire cracker chicken:br Ingredients for marination:br Boneless chicken ½ kgbr Salt 1 tspbr Black pepper powder ½ tspbr Egg 1br Corn flour 4 tbspbr Flour 4 tbspbr Oil 2 tbspbr Oil for fryingbr Ingredients for sauce:br Buffalo sauce ½ cupbr Vinegar 1 tbspbr Crushed red chili 1 tspbr Brown sugar ½ cupbr Salt 2 pinchbr Butter 1 tbspbr Spring onion as requiredbr Boiled rice for servingbr br Method:br Put all ingredients of marination on chicken and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then deep fry it until golden brown. For sauce mix all ingredients then cook till it gets thick. Now add fry chicken and toss it. Put chicken on boiled rice, garnish with spring onion and serve.
