This show of Mehboob's Kitchen with Chef Mehboob Khan aired on 27 September 2019. br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this Youtube channel or go to our Website: br br Pancake Chicken Rolls:br br Ingredients for Pancake Mix:br Flour 1-12 cupbr Oil 3 tbspbr Salt ½ tspbr Egg 1br Water 2 cupsbr Chicken Mince 1 cupbr Capsicum (sliced) 1 br Onion (sliced) 1br Spring Onions (sliced) 2br Carrots 1br Grated Cheddar Cheese 1 cupbr Oil for fryingbr Salt 1-12 tspbr Garlic (chopped) 2 tbspbr br Method:br br Mix all ingredients for pancake mixture.br Heat oil in a pan and spoon a handful mixture in the pan and cook from both sides.br Fry garlic in another pan with chicken, add all veggies, egg and cheese. Mix all well. br Spread this mixture on pancake and seal from edges.br Shallow fry the pancakes and serve .br br Plain Cake:br Ingredients:br Butter 500 gmsbr Sugar 500 gmsbr Eggs 8br Flour 500 gmsbr Baking Powder 8 gmsbr Mix fruits (almonds, raisins, pistachios) 375 gmsbr Vanilla Essence 1 tspbr Salt 1 tspbr Method:br In a bowl beat the sugar and butter now add one by one egg and beat it .in a separate bowl add flour baking powder and salt mix now add the vanilla essence and well .now pour the mixture in gracy tray and bake 35 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree centigrade .finally garnish with almonds and pistachios then serve it . br br Chicken Wings:br Serves:4br INGREDIENTSbr Chicken Wings 1kg br Ginger 3 tbspbr Chili Garlic Sauce 14 cupbr Oil 2 tbsp br White Vinegar 12 cupbr Sesame Oil 2 tbspbr Honey 14 cupbr Soy Sauce 12 cupbr Chopped Scallions for garnishbr Sesame Seeds for garnishbr Method :br In a medium pan add 2 tablespoons oil and the ginger. Cook for 2 minutes. Add vinegar, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce and chili garlic sauce and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. In a large pot or fryer, heat oil, or enough to prevent wings from touching the bottom of the pan. Add the chicken wings to the oil and cook until crispy and golden. Remove the chicken wings then Add the wings to the sauce. Garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
