This show of Tarka with Chef Rida Aftab aired on 1 October 2019.br br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this Youtube channel or go to our website: br br Haryali Malai Boti:br br Ingredientsbr br Boneless Chicken ½ kgbr Raw Tomatoes 12kgbr Yogurt 1cupbr Green Chili Paste 4 tbspbr Oil 4 tbspbr Papaya Paste 1 tspbr Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tspbr Chaat Masala 1 tspbr Garlic Paste 1 tbspbr Turmeric ½ tspbr Salt ½ tspbr Lemon Juice 2 tbspbr Coriander,Mint Leaves 1 cupbr Method:br Marinate chicken with yogurt, garlic paste, papaya paste, cumin seeds, chaat masala, turmeric, salt , lemon juice and leavae it 1 hour.br Now heat wok add raw tomatoes.br Then marinated chicken, cover it and cook on low flame for half an hour.br When chicken are tender, removes from the stove.br Now add butter, green chilies and let it simmer for 10 mintes.br Hayali Malai Boti is ready.br br br Kashmiri Mutton pulao:br br Ingredientsbr Mutton ½ kgbr Rice ½ kgbr Carrot ½ kgbr Crushed black pepper 1 tbspbr Raisins 4 tbspbr Clarified butter ½ cupbr Salt 1 tspbr Almonds 100 grambr Ginger garlic paste 1 tbspbr All spice powder 2 tspbr Onion 1br Oil 2 tbspbr Sugar 2 tbspbr Methodbr Boil mutton with ginger garlic paste. Now fry onion in clarified butter till golden brown then add mutton and salt. When it gets boil then add soaked rice, all spice powder and crushed black pepper then cook and leave it on dum. Now cut carrot in length then add raisins, almonds, oil and sugar in it and cook for 2 minutes. Then add this in simmered rice and turn off the flame. Mix them and take out in dish.br br br Cheese balls samosa:br br Ingredientsbr br Chicken cheese balls 1packetbr Spring onion 1cupbr Carrots 2br Capsicum 1br Black pepper 1tspbr Salt 1tspbr Cumin 1tspbr Coriander 1tspbr Mayonnaise 2tbspbr Samosa patti 1packetbr Oil for frying br br Methodbr Fry the cheese balls and chop it , now chop the veggies finely, now mix veggies in cheese balls with all the ingredients , lastly fill this in samosa patti and fry .
