US researcher William Kaelin describes winning the Nobel Medicine Prize 2019 as a "surreal" experience, during a news conference at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, after he was awarded the Prize with two other scientists for their research into how human cells sense and adapt to changing oxygen levels.
