This show of Mehboob's Kitchen with Chef Mehboob Khan aired on 10 October 2019. br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this Youtube channel or go to our Website: br br Qeema Matar Pulao:br br Ingredients:br Peas (peeled) 2 cupsbr Beef Mince ½ kgbr Rice 2 ½ cupbr Green Cardamoms 4br Black Peppercorn 4br Cloves 4br Lemons 4br Onions (chopped) 4br Green Chilies 6br Oil 1 cupbr Yogurt ½ cupbr Black Pepper 1 tspbr Cumin Seeds 1 tspbr Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbspbr Salt to tastebr For stock:br Onion 1br All Spices as requiredbr Ginger 1 small piecebr Garlic 1br Fennel Seeds 1 tspbr Coriander Seeds 2 tbspbr Salt to tastebr Method:br Take 1 cup oil in the pan and add in chopped onion. Fry it till it is golden brown. Take out of the onion, once it is fried. In the half onion, add in ½ cup yogurt, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4 small cardamom, 4 cloves, 4 black peppercorns, 2 cup peas, ½ kg mince and 6 green chilies. Cook it. In the pan, add in 1 tsp fennel seeds, 2 tbsp coriander seeds, onion, all spices, garlic, ginger and salt. Prepare the stock and add it in the mince. Once it comes to boil, add in 2 ½ cup of soaked rice in it. Add in salt and green chilies. Cover the pan. When the water dries, simmer it and dish it out. Serve hot.br br Fried Kabab :br Ingredients:br Chicken mince ½ kg br Gram flour 2 tbsp br Salt 1 - 12 tspbr Corn flour 2 tbsp br Coriander leaves 1 cup br Fennel seeds 1 tspbr Garlic 6 clovesbr Ginger 1-inch piecebr Chili Garlic Sauce 5 tbspbr Yogurt ½ cup br lemon juice 2 tbspbr Egg 1br Oil for fryingbr Onion for garnishing br Tomatoes for garnishing br Method:br Mix together the above ground paste with gram flour, greencoriander, fennel, garlic, ginger, chili garlic sauce, yogurt, lemonjuice, salt and egg mix. now marinate chicken mince in this for 2 hours. Then the mice make kabab Now heat oil and fry . Finally garnish with onion and tomato and serve.br br Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake:br Ingredients:br Crushed chocolate biscuits 2cupsbr Melted butter ¼ cupbr Brown sugar ¼ cupbr Cinnamon powder 1 tbspbr Cream cheese 1-12 cupbr Caster sugar ½ cupbr Cream 1-12 cupbr Flour 2 tbspbr Vanilla essence 1 tspbr Eggs 2br Baking temperature: 170 Cbr Baking time: 25 minutesbr Method:br Mix 2 cups chocolate biscuits with melted butter then press the mixture in a baking tray lined with butter paper and bake for 15 minutes on 170 C. Remove and set aside. In a bowl add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Now pour in the cake tin and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and cool. Then cut in wedges and serve.
