This show of Lively Weekend with Host Kiran Khan aired on 13 October 2019. br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this Youtube channel or go to our website: br br Khaowsuey:br Ingredients for curry:br Gram flour 1 cup br Yogurt ½ kg br Oil 2 tbsp br Curry leaves 7-10 br Cumin seeds 2 pinches br Red button chilies 6-8 pieces br Crushed red chilies 2 tbsp br Red chili powder 2 tbspbr Turmeric powder 1 tsp br Salt to taste br Ingredients for Chicken Gravy:br Tomatoes ½ kgbr Boneless chicken 1 kgbr Red chili powder 2 tbsp br Crushed cumin 1 tsp br Salt to taste br All spice powder 12 tbsp br Boiled Noodles 1 packetbr Ingredients for Garnish:br Coriander as required br Mint leaves as required br Chips as required br Ginger julienned as required br br Method: br Heat oil in pan add curry leave, crushed red chilies, turmeric powder, crushed cumin, salt and whole red chilies fry well. Add In yogurt and gram flour mixture cook for1-12 hour. For chicken gravy heat oil in pan add chopped tomatoes. Add red chili powder, salt and crushed cumin cook for 10 minute. When it forms into paste add boneless chicken cook for 10 minute. Add all spice powder and left for simmer. Place boiled noodles in serving bowl. Add curry, garnish with green coriander, mint leaves, ginger and chips. Serve.br br Koyla karahi:br Ingredients: br Mutton 1 kgbr Oil or butter 4-5 tbsp br Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp br Crushed red chilies 3 tspbr Red chili powder 3 tsp br Turmeric ½ tsp br Tomatoes 5-7 br Yogurt 1 cup br Cumin powder 1 tsp br All spice powder 1 tsp br Green chilies 6-8 br Coriander for garnishbr Ginger julienned for garnishbr Coal to smokebr br Method: br In a pan heat oil or butter adds ginger garlic paste and mutton sauté well. Add water cook for 10 minute. Add crushed red chili, red chili powder and turmeric powder cook. When meat is tender add yogurt and tomatoes. Add cumin cook for 15 minute. When little water left add green chilies, green coriander and all spice powder mix well. give smoke of coal, garnish with ginger.
