This show of Evening With Shireen with Chef Shireen Anwar aired on 14 October 2019.br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this YouTube channel or go to our Website: br br Egg curry rice:br br Ingredientsbr br Boiled eggs 4 br Onion chopped 1 cup br Tomatoes chopped 2 br Ginger chopped 1 tspbr Chili powder 1 tspbr Coriander powder 1 tspbr Allspice 1 tspbr Coriander leaves ½ cup br Oil ¼ cupbr Cumin seeds ½ tspbr Salt 1 tspbr Rice soaked 2 cups br Water 3 cupsbr br Methodbr br Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and ginger, sauté for few mins add chopped onion, add chopperised tomatoes with all the seasonings, cook for 5 mins, add in the soaked rice with water, cover and simmer till rice is half done, leave it on dum, cook until done, serve with boiled eggs cut in wedges and raita.br br br br Bhopali fish:br br Ingredients to marinate:br br Boneless fish cubes ½ kgbr Lemon juice 2 tbspbr Oil ¼ cupbr Chili powder 1 tspbr Turmeric ½ tspbr Salt 1 tspbr Ingredients to make paste: br Green chilies 4 br Garlic crushed 1 tbsp br Coriander leaves 1 cup br Yogurt 1 cupbr br Methodbr br Marinate fish with salt, lemon juice, chili powder and turmeric on both the sides, grind together green chilies, coriander, garlic into a fine paste, mix with yogurt, and add to the fish, pan fry fish and serve.br br br br Minty brownie drops:br br Ingredientsbr br Shortening 23 cupbr Brown sugar 1 -13 cupbr Water 1 tbspbr Vanilla 1 tspbr Eggs 2br Flour 1 ¼ cupbr Coco powder 4 tbspbr Salt ½ tspbr Baking soda ¼ tspbr Mint chocolate chips 1 cupbr br Methodbr br Pre-heat oven to 180 d, beat shortening, brown sugar, water and vanilla in a bowl on medium speed until well blended, add eggs one at a time and beat well, stir together flour, coco, salt and baking soda, gradually add to the sugar mixture, beating on low speed until blended, add in mint, chocolate chips, drop by rounded table spoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet, bake for 10 mins until cookies are set, do not over bake.
