This show of Evening With Shireen with Chef Shireen Anwar aired on 17 October 2019.br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this YouTube channel or go to our Website: br Fire chicken sticks:br Ingredientsbr Boneless chicken cubes ½ kgbr Rice flour 2 tbsp heapedbr Oil for deep fryingbr Flour 2 tbspbr Corn flour 2 tbspbr Chili powder ½ tspbr Ginger garlic 1 tbspbr Egg 1br Crushed cumin 1 tspbr Crushed coriander 1 tspbr Soya sauce 1 tbspbr Lemon juice 1 tbspbr Orange color pinchbr Salt 1 tspbr Ingredients to temper br Oil 2 tbspbr Mustard seeds ½ tspbr Curry leaves chopped 15br Crushed red pepper ½ tspbr Ingredients for saucebr Mayonnaise 3 tbspbr Chili powder ½ tspbr Honey 1 tbspbr Mustard paste ½ tspbr Garlic paste ½ tspbr Sweet chili sauce 1 tbspbr Coriander leaves 1 tbspbr Salt pinch br Method for saucebr Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside.br MethodMarinate chicken with flour, corn flour, chili powder, ginger garlic, egg, cumin coriander, salt, soya sauce, lemon juice and color, leave it for 1 hour, put on skewers, sprinkle with rai flour, deep fry on medium flame until done about 10 mins, in another wok prepare baghar, add chicken stick to this, put chicken in a platter, drizzle with sauce and serve.br br Coconut chocolate macaroon pie:br br Ingredients for pie basebr br Coconut macaroons crushed 40 gmbr Melted butter 4 ouncebr br Ingredients for fillingbr br Cream whipped 1 ½ cupbr Chocolate syrup ½ cupbr Gelatin dissolved 1 tbsp br Condensed milk 4 tbspbr Hazelnut 4 tbspbr Cream cheese 100 gmbr Coconut essence ½ tspbr chocolate chopped 1 cupbr br Methodbr br Crush macaroons mix with melted butter, spread in a pie plate, beat cream stiff, add in chocolate syrup, cream cheese, nutella, coconut essence, and condensed milk, mix all well, fold in dissolved gelatin,, on your pie base spread chopped bounty chocolate, top with filling, leave it to chill until set , decorate with swirls of cream and mini bounties, serve chilled.
