Peel lotus stem and chope both it's ends br 2. Now, cut the lotus stem into half, and the lengthwisebr 3. Add the chopped lotus stem into waterbr 4. Now, take rice flour in a large bowl, and add Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, salt, water br 5. Take out the lotus stem which was kept in water; dip it into the batter and fry it in hot oil, till they turn golden brown br 6.
