Restored to former glory, Russia tsars' home to reopen in summer

The Alexander Palace near St. Petersburg, where the family of the last Russian tsar Nicolas II lived before going into exile in 1917, is about to be reopened to the public. The private Romanov apartments have been restored and partially reconstructed.
