Occurred on October 23, 2019 Lake Elsinore, California, USAbr br Info from Licensor: I was a witness to a hit and run. I followed the person that slammed into the back of a vehicle with a grandma and her grandson. When I caught up to the person I asked her to pull over. When she did, I asked her to wait for the police. She then freaked out and said, "I did not hurt anyone." I explained it does not matter if you hurt anyone, you can't hit another car and run. I then started recording when she tried to leave.
