PM Modi celebrated the Diwali in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri with Army. Addressing the security forces PM Modi said that time has been changed. Our armed forces should be modern and training should be at par with the global benchmark. PM also said ther should be no lines of stress on the faces of our jawans.
