Keep in fridge for 2 hour. Apply breadcrumbs on chicken cook on low flame. When it turns golden remove in a dish.br br br Chicken Nuggets:br Ingredients:br Chicken mince 500gmbr Bread slices 2 br Green chili paste 1 tbspbr Garlic paste 1 tbspbr Salt as requiredbr White pepper 1 tspbr Chicken powder 1 tspbr Ingredients for Coating:br Flour 1 cupbr Corn flour 2 tbspbr Milk 2 tbspbr Egg 2-3br Bread crumbs as requiredbr Oil for fryingbr METHOD:br Mix corn flour and flour in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix egg and milk. In different bowl keep bread crumbs. Grind chicken with all ingredients in chopper. Then form nuggets from this mixture. Then give shapes of nuggets keep in fridge for 15 minute. Coat nuggets with flour and corn flour batter. Then dip in egg and milk batter. Coat with bread crumbs and fry well.br br Crispy Fried Wings :br Ingredients:br Chicken wings with skin 500gmbr Ginger paste 1 tbspbr Green chili paste 2 tbspbr Lemon juice 2 tbspbr Red chili powder 1 tbspbr Salt as requiredbr Chicken powder 1 tbspbr White pepper 1 tspbr BATTER:br Flour 2 tbspbr Corn flour 2 tbspbr Rice flour 1 cupbr White pepper 1 tspbr Chicken powder 1 tbspbr Salt as requiredbr Sesame seeds 1 tbspbr Oil for frying br METHOD:br Cut chicken wings into two pieces. In bowl add wing with all ingredients and marinate for 2 hour. Keep in fridge. In separate bowl and mix all ingredients of batter. Dip wings in batter and cook on low flame. br br Honey Chili Sauce:br Tomato ketchup 1 cupbr Honey 1 tbspbr Green chili chopped 1 tspbr br SAUCE METHOD:br Mix all ingredients in bowl.
