This show of Lively Weekend with Host Kiran Khan aired on 27 October 2019. br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this Youtube channel or go to our website: br br Cheese Balls:br Ingredients:br Potatoes boiled 2 br Red chilli powder 1 tspbr Salt to tastebr Paprika powder 1 tspbr Black pepper 1 tspbr Oregano as requiredbr Soya sauce 2 tspbr Vinegar 2 tspbr Carrot chopped 1-2br Green onion chopped 1-2br Capsicum chopped 1-2br Mozzarella cheese 12 cupbr Cheddar cheese 12 cupbr Flour 2 tbspbr Bread crumbs 12 cupbr br Take a bowl add boil potato then add all vegetables, (capsicum, carrot, green onion) then add all spices then mix it then take a mixture add mozzarella and cheddar cheese grated in it and make a balls.. br Take 2 tbsp flour adds some drop of water and make a paste br Put balls in flour method and add in bread crumbs then fry in deep oil and then serve it with ketchup..br br Haray Masalay ki Biryani:br Ingredients:br Chicken 12 kg br Rice 12 kgbr Yogurt ½ cup br Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp br Tomatoes 3-4 br Onion 4-5 br Coriander 1 cup br Green chillies 5-6 br Mint leaves 1 cup br Lemon juice 1 tbspbr Biryani masala ½ cupbr Oil ½ cupbr Food colour as requiredbr Salt to tastebr Red chilli powder as requiredbr br Method: br First we make paste of coriander & mint leaves, green chillies, lemon juice, and biryani masala, then add chicken and marinate it for 2 hours br br Another side boil rice in 45 cups of water and add some salt and oil in it.br br Take a pan add hlf cup of oil, add onion and fry it until it turns into light brown color, then add ginger garlic paste and marinated chicken then mix yogurt and biryani masala in it then add tomato and salt, cooked until the chicken is ready, br Then use a big pan add boiled rice then add half mixture of chicken and follow this process again and in the end add food color, coriander leaves, and steam into low flame for 5 to 6 mints, serve it with salad and green raitabr br Shakarkandi Kheer:br Ingredients:br Milk ½ kg br Sugar 1 cupbr Sweet potatoes ½ kg br Green food colour a pinchbr Pistachios ½ cupbr Cashew nuts ½ cupbr Silver work for garnish br br Method:br Boil milk in low flame then add Sweet potatoes in it.
