Now put chicken mince, mint leaves, parsley, oregano, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, salt, and nutmeg powder in chopper and chop well. Now make oval shape kabab and fry in oil. Serve with pita bread. br br Fattoush salad:br Ingredients:br Iceberg 1 bowlbr Tomatoes 3-4br Cucumber 1br Mint leaves few leavesbr Parsley as requiredbr Pita bread(slice) 1 cupbr Oil 4-5 tbspbr Capsicum 1br Radish 2-3br For dressing:br Olive oil ½ cupbr Lemon juice 2 tbspbr Crushed garlic 1 tspbr Sumac 1 tbspbr Salt to tastebr Methodbr First cut pita bread and grill. Now in bowl take iceberg, add pieces of tomatoes, cucumber, radish and capsicum. Then cut mint leaves and parsley and add in the salad ingredients. For dressing mix olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, sumac and salt. At the end add slices of pita bread and serve.br br Ummali:br Ingredients:br Bakarkhani or puff pastry ½ kgbr Desiccated Coconut ½ cupbr Mix dry fruits as requiredbr Condensed milk ½ tinbr Cream 1 packetbr Milk 1 cupbr Water 4 tbspbr Cardamom powder ½ tspbr Butter 2 tbspbr Egg 1br Methodbr Spread butter in a pan, break bakarkhani in big pieces and put in dish. Now cook cream, milk, egg, water, condensed milk and cardamom powder till it gets thick. Now pour this mixture over bakarkhani and bake in oven till it gets color. Now cut dry fruit in big pieces and spread over and again bake on 180 degree for 10 minutes.
