The Centre of Indian Trade Unions-CITU challenged State Education Minister Siddhartha Bhattacharya for an open debate on his recent allegations upon the organization. As alleged by the members of CITU-Digboi Unit, State Education Minister Siddhartha Bhattacharya allegedly commented that the ongoing protest by the Mid-day meal workers in the state is a political gimmick by CITU.
