Add green spices, turmeric and salt cook on low flame. In a bowl add yogurt, mix gram flour and coconut milk. Beat well. Add mutton with almonds cook. Apply tarka on it. For tarka heat oil add onion, whole red chilies, crushed garlic, nigella seeds, cumin and curry leaves cook well. Blend all ingredients of green spices.br br Berry Mousse Shake:br Ingredients:br Berries 2 cupbr Cream ½ cupbr Milk 1 cupbr Condensed milk 2 tspbr Sugar 1 tspbr Ice cubes as requiredbr Method:br Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour in glass and serve.br br Bajray kay Kababbr Ingredients:br Beef minced ½ kgbr Green onion 3br Tomatoes 1br Green coriander 30 gmbr Green chilies ground 1 tspbr Ginger garlic 1 tspbr Crushed coriander ½ tspbr Crushed red chili ½ tspbr All spice powder ½ tspbr Turmeric ½ tspbr Pearl millets flour 1 cupbr Egg 1br Salt to tastebr Method:br Mix all ingredients in beef minced and keep in fridge for marinate around 2 hour.br Form round kabab from mixture. Heat oil in pan and golden fry them. Serve with chutney.
