Three Chinese state-run telecom companies have started 5G services in 50 cities here. China's next goal is to lead the global generation of next-generation telecommunications technologies, outpacing the US and Western countries. China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom companies have launched services in 50 cities including Beijing, Shanghai. For a 5G internet pack, one has to pay 128 yuan or 1290 rupees a month. The world's first 5G network in China was launched in Wuzhen city of Zhejiang province.
