Heat oil add sugar, cloves, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds with rice, water and vinegar. Also add salt and let it simmer with chili sauce, vegetables, ginger and green chilies. In last add 2 tbsp hot oil and serve.br br br Meatball Stroganoff :br Ingredients:br br Beef mince 500 gmbr Garlic 2 clovesbr Flour 2-3 tbspbr Black pepper 1 tspbr Paprika 1 tspbr Oil 2 tbspbr Butter 3 tbspbr Mushrooms 1 canbr Tomato paste 2 tbspbr Mustard paste 2 tspbr Milk ¼ cupbr Beef stock ½ cupbr Cream ½ cupbr Parsley 3 tbspbr Boiled pasta 1 packetbr br Method:br Mix mince, salt, black pepper, garlic and make balls. Now mix flour, black pepper and paprika. Coat balls in flour mixture. Then heat butter or oil and fry balls in it. Now heat oil or butter and saute onion in it then add mushrooms, tomato paste, mustard paste, milk, beef stock, salt, black pepper and cook then add balls and cook for 5 minutes. In last add cream, parsley and serve with pasta.
