Metal Contamination Leads to Massive US Chicken Recall.br The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service says the recall affects br over two million pounds.br The issue revolves around Arkansas' Simmons Prepared Foods, Inc.br Simmons has issued a precautionary and voluntary recall of approximately 2 million pounds of fresh and frozen chicken products.
