This show of Evening With Shireen with Chef Shireen Anwar aired on 7 November 2019.br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this YouTube channel or go to our Website: br Peach and cream pound cake:br br Ingredientsbr br Cream cheese 50 gmbr Cream ¼ cupbr Butter 6 ouncesbr Caster sugar 1 ½ cupbr Eggs 4br Vanilla essence 1 tspbr Peach essence ½ tspbr Finely chopped peaches 1 ½ cupbr Flour 1 ½ cupbr Baking powder 1 tspbr Vinegar 1 tspbr Baking soda 18 tspbr br Ingredients for cream cheese glazebr br Cream cheese 100 gmbr Icing sugar ½ cupbr Peach puree 2 tbspbr Milk 2 tbspbr Peach essence few dropsbr Orange color pinch br Methodbr Beat together butter, sugar, cream and cream cheese, gradually start adding in 1 egg at a time, add both the essence, sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, fold in the dry mixture to the butter mixture, chopperize the can pieces and mix to the cake mixture, add 1 tsp vinegar, mix and pour into a bundit pan and bake on 180 d for 30 mins, remove and cool.br Method for glazebr Mix all together and pour over cooled cake.br br Fried dum kabab:br br Ingredientsbr br Beef ½ kgbr Salt 1 tspbr Water 2 cupsbr Button red chilies 12br Ginger chopped 1 inch br Garlic chopped 6 cloves br Potatoes 2 large slicedbr Vinegar 1 tbspbr Chat masala 1 tbspbr Allspice 1 tspbr Chopped coriander 3 tbspbr Mint chopped 2 tbspbr Egg 1br br Methodbr br Put beef in a pressure cooker with salt and 2 cups water, boil till half done, then add to it chopped ginger garlic, whole button chilies, potatoes peeled and sliced, vinegar, chat masala, allspice, again cover and cook till boties and potatoes tender and water dries off completely, cool and chopperize, given dum of coal, mix in 1 egg, coriander and mint chopped, make into kababs and shallow fry.br br br Shahi mutton chops:br br Ingredientsbr br Mutton chops boiled 750 gm br Onion finely chopped 1 ½ cupbr Ginger garlic paste 2 tbspbr Chili powder 3 tspbr Turmeric ½ tspbr Tomatoes chopped 2 br Oil ½ cupbr br Ingredients for ground masala :br br Coriander leaves 1 cupbr Mint leaves ½ cupbr Curry leaves 15br Green chilies 3br Allspice ½ tspbr Coconut 2 tbspbr Salt 1 tspbr Cream cheese 2 tbspbr br Methodbr br Boil chops with salt till tender, heat oil fry onions light golden, add ginger garlic, fry for a min, add tomatoes with dry seasonings and grounded masala, fry for 5 mins, add marinated chops, fry well, add ¾ cup water, cook till oil comes on top and thick gravy left, lastly add cream cheese, mix and remove, serve hot with nan or paratha.
