Then in 2 bowls pour the mixture. In one mixture add 2tbsp coco powder. Now in a baking tin grease it and pour 1 spoon from both the mixtures. Then set the oven at 180degrees and bake it for 45-55mins and serve it at room temperature. br br Aalu Makhni :br Ingredients:br Potato ½ kgbr Saag 6 bunchbr Soya, Chopped 2 bunchbr Butter 1 packetbr Fresh Cream 2 tbspbr Fresh Red Chili 8br Chopped Green Chili 4br Salt to tastebr Turmeric ½ tspbr Garlic 4 clovesbr Oil ½ cupbr br Method:br Wash Fenugreek and soaked in a turmeric and in a karahi heat oil fry the potato cubes till golden. Then another karahi heat oil add garlic cloves and add fenugreek saag ,chopped soya ,fresh red chili ,chopped green chili and turmeric and cook. Now fried potatoes and salt add in this mixture and let it cook for 5 minutes and add butter and fresh cream then let it cook another 10 minutes and serve .br br br Creamy Garlic Chicken:br Ingredients:br Chicken small pieces 1 kgbr Salt 1tspbr Black Peppercorn to tastebr Oil 5 tbspbr Garlic 6 clovesbr Chicken Stock 1 cupbr Whipped Cream 13 cup br Salt to tastebr Lemon Juice few dropsbr Method:br Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper. br Grease the skillet with a little cooking oil and fry the chicken thighs until both sides turn crispy golden brown. Set the chicken aside br Add garlic and sauté. br Add the chicken stock, cream stir to combine well. br Add the chicken and salt, lower heat to simmer, turning the chicken a couple of times so they are completely cooked through. br Squirt some fresh lime juice on the chicken, serve immediately.
