Then add soaked rice and cook. Heat clarified butter adds whole red chilies, cumin seeds, onion and pour tempering over rice and serve.br br br Moong Gosht:br Ingredients:br br Split green gram 1 cupbr Beef ½ kgbr Whole all spice 1 tbspbr Ginger garlic paste 1 tbspbr Tomatoes 3br Red chili powder 1 tbspbr Turmeric 1 tspbr Coriander powder 1 tbspbr All spice powder 1tspbr Salt to tastebr Oil ½ cupbr Fried onions 2br Fried onion for garnishbr Green chilies for garnishbr Green coriander for garnishbr Ginger for garnishbr br Method:br Heat oil then fry beef with ginger garlic paste and whole all spice. Now add tomatoes, fried onion, all powdered spices and cook till meat gets half done. Then split green gram and cook. When it gets tender and all water dries out then add all spice powder. Garnish with fried onion, ginger, green chilies and green coriander.
