Manila Mayor Isko Moreno confirmed that the City of Manila will adapt the thesis proposal of UST Architecture graduate Kevin Siy that is aimed to redevelop the structure and aesthetic of the Manila Zoo. Moreno added that Siy gave the designs for free.
