Now coat chicken in rice flour, dip in water and coat again in rice flour. Fry the chicken on low flame. In a wok, cook honey, lemon juice, crushed red chillies, salt, chicken powder, white pepper, carrot and water until boiling. Add diluted corn flour to thicken the sauce. Mix chicken in the sauce, dish out and serve garnished with spring onions.br br Chargha Drumsticks:br Ingredientsbr Chicken drumsticks 6 to 8br Water 2 cupsbr Vinegar ¼ cupbr Salt 1 tspbr For Marinade:br Yogurt ½ cupbr Oil ¼ cupbr Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbspbr Green chilli paste 1 tbspbr Salt to tastebr Red chilli powder 1 tbspbr Turmeric powder ½ tspbr Cumin powder 1 tbspbr Garam masala powder 1 tspbr Citric acid 1 tspbr Red orange food colour ¼ tspbr Oil for fryingbr For Gur ka Raita:br Yogurt 1 cup br Mayonnaise 2 tbspbr Jaggery ¼ cupbr Salt to tastebr Cumin powder ½ tspbr br br Method:br Mix vinegar, salt and water and leave drumsticks soaked in for 25 to 30 minutes. To prepare marinade, mix yogurt, oil, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, citric acid and red orange food colour. Marinate drumsticks for 2 hours in refrigerator. Heat oil in a wok and fry drumsticks. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice and serve with gur ka raita. To make gur ka raita, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, jaggery, salt and cumin powder well.br br Vegetable Chinese Rice:br Ingredientsbr Boiled Rice 2 cupsbr Oil ¼ cupbr Eggs 2br Yellow food color few dropsbr Carrot chopped ½ cupbr Cabbage chopped ¼ cupbr Capsicum chopped ¼ cupbr Spring onion chopped ¼ cupbr White pepper 1 tspbr Salt as requiredbr Sugar 1 tspbr Chicken powder 1 tbspbr Method:br Heat oil in a wok and fry eggs. Now add chopped carrot, chopped cabbage and chopped capsicum and cook for 1 minute. Add boiled rice, white pepper, salt, sugar, chicken powder and yellow food colour and mix well. Dish out and garnish with chopped spring onions before serving.
