This show of Lazzat with Chef Samina Jalil aired on 20 November 2019.br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this YouTube channel or go to our Website: br br Kachay Chicken Ki Dum Biryani:br br Ingredients:br chicken marination ingredients:br Chicken 1 kg br Papaya paste 2 tbsp br Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp br Clarified butter 2 tbsp br Fried grinded onion ½ cup br Yogurt 1 cup br Nutmeg ,mace ¾ tsp br Lemon juice 4 tbsp br Grinded all spices 1 tsp br Salt as required br Red chili powder as required br Mint ½ bunch br Green chilies 6-8 br Black cardamom ½ tsp br Screwpine essence few drops br Grinded white cumin 1 tsp br For rice ingredients:br Rice 600 grams br Salt as required br Clarified butter 4 tbsp br Saffron as required br Yellow food color ¼ tsp br Milk 4 tbsp br Small cardamom 6-8 br Whole spices 1 tbsp br br Method:br In chicken all ingredients mix and leave to marinate for 4 to 5 hours. now spread in the wok. then boil the rice with adding the salt and whole spices and add black cardamom .when rice done then remove the water and spread the chicken .Now in the milk add yellow food color add saffron and pour in side .after this heat clarified butter and pour in rice .firstly heat on high flame and then leave on dum when its come on dum then mix and serve .br br br Shaljum aur Gajar Ka Achaar :br Ingredients:br Turnip ½ kg br Carrot ½ kg br Crushed garlic 2 tbsp br Water 1 liter br Crushed mustard seeds 2 tbsp br Salt as required br Crushed red chili 1-12 tbsp br Jaggery as required br Method:br Firstly, turnip cut in round shape. now carrot cut in long shape. now in a wok heat water and add turnip and carrot mix and boil. Now strain then cool it then add crushed mustard seed ,salt ,crushed garlic and crushed red chili mix .after this pour in bottle and leave to 5 to six days in sun light .then use it .if your desire sweet and sour taste then add as required grinded Jaggery mix .
