The formation of a new government in Maharashtra has upset the Shiv Sena. The Shiv Sena, which has so far claimed to form the government, has reached the Supreme Court as soon as Devendra Fadnavis was sworn in as CM. Shiv Sena has filed a petition against the oath taking of Devendra Fadnavis.
