A witness, called to give evidence in the inquest into the death of Royal Malaysian Navy cadet officer J. Soosaimanicckam, was reprimanded by the coroner for choosing incorrect words when lodging a police report.br br Soosaimanicckam died while undergoing training as a cadet officer at the Lumut navy base on May 19 last year.
