When it done and thicken dish out. Add almond, coconut and cream, serve. Also serve sugarcane.br br br Tawa Qeema Kaleji:br Ingredients:br Beef minced ½ kgbr Chicken liver 250 gmbr Onion finely chopped 2br Ginger garlic finely chopped 1-12 tbspbr Crushed red chilies 1 tbspbr Ginger garlic ground 1 tbspbr Boiled and chopped tomatoes 4-5br Butter 2 tbspbr Green coriander finely chopped ½ cupbr Green chilies finely chopped ½ cupbr Tikka masala 2 tbspbr Onion cubes 1br Chopped green chilies 3-4br Clarified butter ¾ cupbr Finely chopped ginger as requiredbr Chaat masala as requiredbr Salt as requiredbr Method:br Place onion, tomato, ginger garlic and water on tawa cook till tender. Add mince, salt, crushed red chilies, tikka masala and ½ cup of water cook more. In a separate pan add butter and sauté liver. Also add green chilies along with salt. Fry mince well. Add green chilies, chaat masala, onion cubes and green chilies left for simmer. Add remaining green coriander and chopped ginger, serve.
