New Delhi: Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala lambasted at Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government over country’s GDP growth prediction of dipping to 4.5 percent. Attacking on the current government in power, he said, “Failed ‘Modinomics’ and a ‘Pakoda’ economic vision have sunk Indian economy into deep economic recession.” Taking the example of rating agencies, he said, “It’s now clear that the GDP data of second quarter at 4.5 is at 6 years low.” The Congress leader also claimed that during Congress’ tenure of ten years the GDP growth was at an average of 8.13 percent.
