This show of Lively Weekend with Host Kiran Khan aired on 30 November 2019. br br If you enjoy cooking Pakistani food and are looking for recipes, videos of LIVE shows, totkas, and other food stories in both Urdu and English, subscribe to this Youtube channel or go to our website: br br Mixed Fruit Creamy Delight:br Ingredients br Cream 3 packetsbr Yogurt 1 cupbr Pineapple 1 tinbr Condense milk 1 tinbr Pineapple jelly 1 packetbr Orange chunks 1 cupbr Grapes deseeded 1 cup br Bananas 7 to 8 slicedbr Biscuits crumb 2 cupsbr Chocolate syrup to drizzle br Method: mix all the ingredients together n serve chilledbr br br Tempura Prawns with Sticky Sauce:br Ingredients br Prawns 1kgbr Vermicelli 1 packetbr lemon juice 4tbspbr Salt 1tspbr Mustard paste 2 tbspbr Black pepper powder 1-12 tspbr White pepper powder 1tspbr Cayenne paste 1tbspbr Vinegar 1tspbr Brown sugar 1 tbspbr Garlic paste 1-12 tbspbr Eggs beaten 3 br method mix all the above ingredients like lemon juice, salt, mustard paste, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne paste, brown sugar, vinegar n garlic mixed all well together n marinate for 10 min n after that each prawn dip in to eggs beaten den wrapped in vermicelli n deep fry them n serve with a tartar sauce br For Tartar Sauce:br Mayonnaise 1 tbspbr Cream 2tbsp br Black and white pepper a pinch br Salt a pinchbr Chill garlic sauce 1 tbspbr Chopped parsley 2 tbspbr Gherkins 2 br Chopped jalapenos 1 br Mustard paste 1tsp br Mixed all together n serve with tempura prawnsbr br Instant Bread Dahi Baray with Chicken And Chickpea:br Ingredientsbr Whole bread 1 packetbr Yogurt 1kgbr Onion finely chopped 1br Boiled chicken shredded 1 cup br Boiled chickpeas 2cupsbr Castor sugar 3 to 4 tbspbr Green chutney 1cupbr Tamarind chutney 12 cup br Milk 1 packet br Ingredients for Green Chutney br Coriander leaves 1 bunchbr Mint leaves 1 bunchbr Salt 1 tspbr Green chilies 3 to 4 br Tamarind paste 1tbsp br All mixed together n blend br For Tamarind Chutneybr Tamarind 1 cupbr Whole red chilies 4br Cumin roasted 1 tbspbr Salt 12 tspbr Roasted coriander 1 tsp br Mix all n blends br Method: cut the corners of bread make round shapes of bread and add green chutney, chicken and chopped onions on each bread. Make a sandwich. in a bowl add yogurt, castor sugar, milk 1 tetra pack, pinch of salt,1 tbsp chaat masala,1tsproasted cumin mix well. Now put bread sandwiches in to the yogurt and dip them well. Add in chick peas on the top serve with deep fried manda patti. Serve with tamarind and green chutney on the top. Sprinkle chaat masala.
