A memorial vigil has been held in Afghanistan for Tetsu Nakamura, the head of the non-governmental organisation Peace Japan Medical Services, who was among at least six people killed when gunmen attacked their convoy on December 4, 2019. The vigil was held in Kabul after Dr Nakamura died from his injuries while being moved to the capital following the attack in Jalalabad, eastern Afghanistan.
