A 3-year-old girl living in Rhode Island was on the receiving end of her mum's elf on the shelf prank where it was revealed that the girl's mother had drawn a moustache onto her face.br br The mother reads a note from the elf to her daughter Violet explaining that the elf, named Heart, had opened a pack of coloured markers and got "carried away".br br Violet then peers into a mirror on the floor and realises a moustache has been drawn onto her face and states "it's not funny!"br br The filmed told Newsflare: "This was the first time we introduced our 3-year-old daughter Violet to her new 'Elf on the Shelf'. She named her elf 'Heart'. Cute, right?! br br "So that night we coloured a moustache on her and left Heart in her bedroom amongst her dishevelled box of markers. br br "The rest of the video speaks for itself.
