Why not persecution on linguistic grounds? Why not on political grounds? why not internal conflicts. Why has Sri Lankan Hindus and Bhutanese Christians been left out? This is slap on the face of Parliament. This will be passed in Parliament knowing it's unconstitutional and lawyers and judges will decide whether it's constitutional.
