Take chicken, garlic, bread crumbs, boiled potato, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, grated carrot, chilli flakes, chilli powder, salt, cumin seed powder, black pepper powder into a blender jar. Blend these ingredients into a fine pastebr 2. Grease oil on a plate and shape the chicken donuts paste into regular-sized flat balls.br 3. Keep them in the freezer for 2-3 hrs. Later, cut a hole into the centre of that balls.br 4. Now dip these doughnuts in all-purpose flour, egg and bread crumbs. And keep them in the freezer again for 1-2 hoursbr 5. Afterwards, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken donuts. Once they are crispy and golden in colour, remove them and serve.
