Thai police on Wednesday arrested Somkid Pumpuang, a convicted serial killer in connection with another murder after his early release from jail for good behaviour in May.br br Somkid has drawn comparison with Jack the Ripper who attacked and killed female prostitutes in East End of London in 1888.
