Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on December 28 termed Citizenship (Amendment) Act as 'notebandi no 2', and said the new citizenship law will prove to be double the shock of demonetisation. Speaking to the media, the former Congress chief said, "All this drama is 'notebandi no 2'. This move will be a big loss for Indian citizens. This is going to be double the shock of demonetisation.
