The High Court in Kuala Lumpur today granted Hew Kuan Yau leave to file a judicial review against the ban on his comic book, titled "Belt and Road Initiative for Win-Winism".br br Hew's lawyer J Shamesh said High Court judge Mariana Yahya in her chambers this morning set Jan 20 for the case management.
