As always, thanks for watching :)br br Recipe:-br br Chicken 65 br Preparation Time: 15 minutes + marination timebr Cooking Time: 20 minutesbr Serves: 2 br Course: Snackbr br Ingredients br br 400 gms chicken, cut in cubes br ½ cup yogurt br 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste br 1 tbsp curry leaves, choppedbr Black pepper powder to taste br Salt to taste नमक स्वाद अनुसारbr 2 tsp red chilli powder Kashmiri Red chili Powderbr 2-3 tbsp Corn flour br Oil to deep fry br br For Temperingbr 1 tbsp oil br 2 green chillies, slit br 1 tbsp garlic, chopped br 10-12 curry leaves br Black pepper powder to taste br br Process :-br • Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, black pepper powder, salt and red chilli powder. rice flour and mix well. br • Mix and coat the chicken well, set aside to marinate for minimum 10 minutes. br • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken until crisp. br • Drain on an absorbent paper and set aside. br • For tempering heat oil in a pan, add green chillies, garlic and curry leaves, saute till fragrant. br • Add the fried chicken and toss well. Add black pepper powder and toss well. br • Serve hot.
