Occurred on January 12, 2020 Bethel, Ohio, USAbr br Info from Licensor: "A weird light slowly starts off and then fills the night sky. The light is a bright pinkpurple with tones of orange and red. No one has yet to be able to explain this as there were no electrical equipment failures (checked with the local electrical company, Duke Energy), no detectable lightning (per a local meteorologist), and an astronomer does not believe it's a meteor. My current guess would be that it may be a solar flaresolar storm or sprite. This occurred at 6:54 PM ET.
