An elderly man, who had purportedly backed the recently amended Citizenship Act (CAA), alleged that he and his son were barred from offering namaz by the imam of local ‘Chand’ mosque in Siraskheda under Mudhapandey police station limits of Moradabad district. The imam, however, has dismissed the man’s allegations.
