A Delhi Court issued fresh death warrants against Nirbhaya convicts on Friday, 17 January. The execution, as of now, is set for 6 am on 1 February. However, one of the convicts, Pawan Gupta, has filed a Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court, claiming that he was a juvenile at the time of the crime.
